NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the 44th Annual General Meeting of the Insurance and Financial Practitioners Association of Singapore will be held on 28 March 2018(Wednesday) at STI Auditorium (168 Robinson Road, Capital Towers #09-00 Singapore 068912) from 2.00 pm to 5.00 pm.

Registration starts at 1.00 pm. (Light refreshments will be provided)

AGENDA

1. To confirm the minutes of the 43rd Annual General Meeting held on 31 March 2017.
2. To receive and adopt the Annual Report 2017 of the outgoing Council.
3. To receive and adopt the Financial Report for the financial year ended 31 December 2017.
4. To endorse/elect Executive Council Members for 2018/2019.
5. To elect two (2) Honorary Auditors for 2018/2019.
6. To reappoint the IFPAS STAR Team for the term 2018/2019.
7. To transact any other business provided prior notice has been given to the Honorary Secretary at least seven (7) days before the date of the Annual General Meeting.
