The hotels and resorts listed are additional benefits for members and are subject to additional surcharges besides the regular member's rate of S$60 per room per night (excluding prevailing GST). Surcharge rate is in Ringgit (RM). Other additional surcharges may apply.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

APPLICATION ELIGIBILITY

All applicants must be members of the Insurance and Financial Practitioners Association of Singapore (IFPAS).

IFPAS reserves the right to replace any successful applicant(s) subsequently found to be disqualified.

IFPAS and Berjaya Vacation Club assume no responsibility for the inability to obtain accommodation and/or facilities, or any matters beyond the reasonable control of the two parties.

IFPAS’ decision on all matters relating to the programme will be at its absolute discretion and will be final and binding on all applications. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and on any brochure, marketing or promotional material relating to the programme, these terms and conditions shall prevail.

IFPAS reserves the right at its absolute discretion to vary, delete or add to any of these terms and conditions from time to time without notice.

RESERVATIONS

Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing of your booking.

Applications are to reach IFPAS 1.5 months prior to departure for bookings to be processed.

Postponement/Cancellation that occurs within 2 weeks before departure upon confirmation will have to pay the full amount for giving up the accommodation for all destinations.

ROOMS

All bookings are for a single room based on twin sharing (2 adults and 1 child to a room) unless specified.

Request of room types (standard/superior/deluxe) is subjected to availability and will only be advised upon confirmation.

All published rates do not include breakfast unless otherwise stated.

PAYMENT

For bookings of Berjaya Hotels & Resorts, the member’s room rate of S$60 per room per night (excluding prevailing GST) will be charged by IFPAS

For bookings of Berjaya Affiliated Hotels & Resorts, the surcharges (RM) will be charged by Berjaya Vacation Club beside the regular member’s rate of S$60 per room per night (excluding prevailing GST) charged by IFPAS.

Only VISA/ MASTERCARD is accepted for payment of surcharges.
