‘ Profile
Derek Ng
Master in Real Estate
Derek Ng has a Master Degree in Real Estate from the National University of Singapore (NUS). He has been awarded with the prestigious Council of Estate Agencies (CEA) Skillsfuture Study Award and is twice featured by them for his dedication and journey towards upskilling and professionalism.
He participated in the Forward Singapore Housing Policies Focus group by the Ministry of National Development (MND), represented NUS in an exchange programme/study trip to South Korea, and interviewed various stakeholders in the real estate industry in his podcast.
He has been a practicing realtor for close to 10 years, consistently among the top producers, and is a trainer to new and experienced realtors in his agency. He aims to edutain (educate + entertain) his attendees for his workshops/training.
