In the dynamic landscape of financial services, trust, professionalism and quality remain paramount. The Insurance and Financial Practitioners Association of Singapore (IFPAS) is proud to present the Trusted Financial Practitioner® (TrFP®) Awards for its third year, continuing its mission to recognise financial practitioners who demonstrate professionalism, trust, competency and strong ethical standards within the industry.
The TrFP® Awards stand apart from conventional recognitions by aligning closely with Singapore’s regulatory expectations and placing strong emphasis on trustworthiness, ethical conduct, professional competency and meaningful client relationships. Rather than focusing solely on production metrics, the awards adopt a rigorous and holistic selection process that reflects the standards expected of qualified financial practitioners.
This year, the TrFP® Awards comprise two main categories: the Individual Category and the Leadership Category. The Individual Category recognises financial practitioners who have demonstrated excellence in professionalism, ethics, competency and client-centric service.
The Leadership Category recognises leaders who play an important role in developing quality advisers through the TrFP® framework. Under this category, there are two components: the Leadership Award and the newly introduced Trusted Team Award.
The Trusted Team Award is a special recognition tier under the Leadership Category. It recognises leaders and organisations that have successfully developed generations of qualified TrFP® practitioners, strengthening team culture, raising professional standards and reinforcing long-term alignment towards trust and professionalism across the industry.
By special Trusted Team Award, IFPAS aims to further strengthen the TrFP® brand and create a higher-level aspiration for leaders and organisations to consistently cultivate practitioners who embody professionalism, ethics, competency and trust.
The TrFP® Awards are more than a recognition. They represent a professional commitment to excellence, integrity and client-centricity. Through this initiative, IFPAS continues to champion the importance of building trust, strengthening professional standards and creating long-term value in every financial journey. Selected publicity options, including the MRT Advertising Option*, are also available for awardees who wish to further amplify their public-facing visibility.
Awardees who opt for the MRT advertising package will be featured as part of the TrFP® Awards 2026 publicity campaign.
For 2026, the MRT advertising campaign will provide participating awardees with broader public-facing visibility, reinforcing the TrFP® Awards as a recognition of trust, professionalism and excellence within the financial advisory industry.
