Vincent Gan is a seasoned financial consultant and agency leader with two decades of experience in the insurance and financial advisory industry. He is a MDRT qualifying and life member (Honor Roll) and he leads a team of more than 50 consultants. He is also an 11-year IDA qualifier with 2 CIA500 qualification.

Vincent is deeply committed to raising the standards of the profession. His contribution extends beyond personal production — he actively mentors aspiring consultants, develops innovative training frameworks, and speaks regularly at industry seminars on topics such as purpose-driven advisory, client engagement, and leadership. He is also an active volunteer for MDRT and MDRT Foundation where he has served in various capacities.
